Posada San Telmo has an online payment gateway LA CAIXA which can be accessed via the platform RURALGEST. With this gateway (under 128-bit encryption to make it totally safe, keeping your data encrypted at all times) you will not have to go to your bank and the transfer of 30% in reserve concept. From your house and with your credit card you can make a booking of your holidays.

VERY IMPORTANT

By making this reservation you are accepting the following conditions:

A.- Confirmation of Reservation

The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of a payment within 6 days equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay. If this payment is not made within 6 days, the reservation will be cancelled.

Payment can be made by credit card from our POS terminal, postal order, or bank transfer (an account number will be provided for this option). If paying by bank transfer, include details of your arrival and departure dates and the name of the person who made the reservation.

B.- Cancellations

Once the reservation has been confirmed we recommend that you take out a TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY on the same day, from www.posadasantelmo.com/tarifas_02_en.php This insurance ensures the following:

Reimbursement of the deposit paid to the Posada San Telmo if the reservation is cancelled.
Reimbursement of the cost of days not used if the date of departure is brought forward. The Posada San Telmo will charge for the entirety of your stay.

If you do not arrive in person before 8 PM on the day you are due to arrive, your room(s) may be given to other guests, unless the hotel has received prior notice of late arrival.

C.- Hotel Regulations

The Posada San Telmo has a set of Basic Hotel Regulations that must be observed by every guest to ensure that the hotel runs optimally. These regulations can be found in all bedrooms.
