VERY IMPORTANT
The booking implies acceptance of the following conditions:
A.-
Confirming your booking
When
you confirm a requested booking, this will be a firm booking from the moment we receive
a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay, in a period
of time of less than 6 days. If the deposit is not made within that time, the booking
will be cancelled. The deposit can be made by money order or in our bank account,
(whose number will be provided to you at its due time). In the item for the aforementioned wire transfer you must indicate the date of arrival-exit and the name of the person that made the booking.
B.-
Cancellations
The annulment of the booking gives us the right to retain, as compensation, a maximum percentage of:
- If they are made up to 30 days before the arrival date, you will lose 5% of the price
paid.
- If they are made between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date, you will lose 50%.
- If they are made less than 7 days before the arrival date, you will lose the whole of
the deposit
If
the client doesn´t appear in person before the 20:00 hours of the date established
for his arrival, the Posada can rent his room to a third party, unless, of course,
it has been already informed of the delay by the client.
C.- Rules of Behaviour
The Posada San Telmo has a set of basic Rules of Behaviour that every client has to respect in order to enable the good running of the Posada. You can check these Rules in each of the 12 rooms.
